Mike Ellis coaching is a performance based coaching practice, whilst independent to the results specialists is the foundation to much of what we deliver as an organisation. Sitting alongside both the results specialists and TRS corporate we believe it offers a very unique offering to companies and individuals where we can approach all of our projects both from a consultancy aspect, but always able to step back and rather than deliver ourselves, working with Mike Ellis coaching with individuals or the lead teams we are to enable them to deliver the results.
In aspects of business and personal life, coaching and mentoring is becoming a key element in our ability to grow and develop. In business we are expected to perform and deliver results it is how we are judged. The higher up the career ladder we go the less personal support we have available and yet it is at this point when we need it the most. Whilst many practices separate themselves into the life and business coaching categories Mike Ellis coaching recognises the obvious crossover of the two. Without a balance in the areas of your life it is unlikely your will perform to your potential.
We work with those who have the drive, desire to achieve but need the support and guidance to enable them to achieve.
